The short version: My Age does not collect, store, or share any personal information. Everything you enter stays on your device.
My Age lets you enter a name, a date of birth, an optional time of birth, and a photo so it can show how old someone is in seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and years. This information is saved only on your device, in the app's private storage that is shared with its home screen widgets. It is never uploaded anywhere.
If you choose to add a photo, the app asks for permission to use the camera or your photo library. The photo is processed entirely on your device using Apple's built-in face detection to crop it into a circle. The photo, and the cropped version, are stored only on your device. No photo ever leaves your device.
My Age is designed to be enjoyed by children with their family. Because the app collects no data at all, no information about children is gathered or transmitted.
You can remove any person from the Everyone screen inside the app, which deletes their details and photo. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this address.
